Kids Field Trip Days

The RailCats will once again host their annual Kids Field Trip Days at the U.S. Steel Yard early in the 2009 baseball season.  KIDS DAY not only builds lasting memories for the kids, but it is also an unbeatable value. 

The RailCats offer all school groups (adults and students) special discounts on tickets for the Kids Field Trip Day. If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact the RailCats at (219) 882-BALL.

Administrators and Teachers,

Does your school need a new way to reward your outstanding students in the classroom and school? Try the popular RailCats Outstanding Student Reward program for grades K-8.  Reward students with a voucher for free admission to every Tuesday home game during the RailCats 2009 baseball season, along with a two dollar discount on all additional tickets purchased for that day's game. 

Simply distribute the Outstanding Student Reward to your students for having reached a goal or accomplishment in the classroom or school. This can include, but is not limited to, perfect attendance, outstanding grades, participating in school projects or good behavior. 

It is our goal to have all participating teachers distribute the reward to all of their students and partner with the RailCats for a successful school year and 2009 baseball season.
